Packo Cooling has more than 50 years experience in the production of stainless steel heat exchanger plates of which more than 20 years production through laser welding technology.

The Packo Cooling heat exchanger plates ensure an efficient heat exchange thanks to a sophisticated laser welding technique.  Hereby we can supply plates made according to the PED-standards and resistant to high working pressures. 

The single embossed heat exchanger plates are designed in a way that one side remains completely flat, therefore they are very suitable for the production of cooling- and heating tanks in the agrofood sector and the general process industry.  The double embossed plates are mainly used for falling film chillers, ice builders,...

But also for very specific applications Packo Cooling produces customized heat exchanger plates in AISI304 (EN 1.4301) or 316 (EN 1.4401) based on its own design or the design of our client (other materials on request).
The sheets are especially suitable for conventional refrigerants such as R404a, R134a, R449a, R407F and their replacements. Also useful for, amongst others, water, steam, glycol, and liquid ammonia.
